One of the important indicators for measuring rural development programs is the use of Physical Quality of Life Index (PQLI) indicators. This index is widely used to measure or compare the level of development between different regions due to its simplicity and usability. In this study, using the natural indicators of quality of life in Morris and Calpine, the level of rural development of the country has been studied. In this research, with a positivist and positivist approach that has a practical nature and emphasizes on quantitative methods, the aim of the research, which is to measure the level of rural development in Iran, was pursued. Research data were collected from sources such as the Statistics Center of Iran, data from the Ministry of Health and statistical yearbooks of the provinces. Were compared with each other. The results showed that the level of development of the country's villages are different in terms of natural indicators of quality of life. The central provinces of the country in terms of the coefficient of this index compared to other regions of the country are at an appropriate level of rural development. While the peripheral provinces of the country are at a moderate level of development, and Sistan and Baluchestan province, which is one of the underdeveloped provinces of the country, is at the lowest level of rural development.}, keywords = {development,Rural Development,Indicators,Natural Quality of Life,Iran}, title_fa = {سنجش سطح توسعه روستاهای ایران با استفاده از شاخص‌های طبیعی کیفیت زندگی (PQLI)}, abstract_fa = {برای سنجش سطح توسعه، تغییر و تحولات فرایند توسعه روستایی و با هدف برنامه‌ریزی و ارزشیابی طرح‌های توسعه روستایی از شاخص-های مختلفی استفاده می‌شود. یکی از شاخص‌های مهم برای سنجش برنامه‌های توسعه روستایی استفاده از شاخص‌های طبیعی کیفیت زندگی (PQLI) می‌باشد. این شاخص به دلیل سادگی و قابلیت استفاده در سطح وسیع برای سنجش و یا مقایسه سطح توسعه بین مناطق مختلف کاربرد فراوانی دارد. در این مطالعه نیز با استفاده از شاخص‌های طبیعی کیفیت زندگی موریس و مک‌آلپین به بررسی سطح توسعه روستاهای کشور پرداخته شده است. در این پژوهش با رویکردی اثباتگرایانه و پوزیتیویسم که دارای ماهیتی کاربردی است و بر روش‌های کمی تاکید دارد، به پیگیری هدف تحقیق که سنجش سطح توسعه روستاهای ایران است، پرداخته شد. داده‌های تحقیق از منابعی چون مرکز آمار ایران، داده‌های وزارت بهداشت و درمان و سالنامه‌های آماری استان‌ها گردآوری و با استفاده از فرمول‌های سنجش ضریب سطح توسعه موریس و مک‌آلپین، سطح توسعه روستاهای کشور محاسبه و با یکدیگر مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که سطح توسعه روستاهای کشور از نظر شاخص-های طبیعی کیفیت زندگی با همدیگر تفاوت دارند. استان‌های مرکزی کشور از نظر ضریب این شاخص نسبت به مناطق دیگر کشور در سطح مناسبی از توسعه روستایی قرار دارند. در حالی که استان‌های حاشیه‌ای کشور در سطح متوسطی از توسعه قرار دارند، و استان سیستان و بلوچستان که جز استان‌های توسعه نیافته کشور محسوب می‌شود، در پایین‌ترین سطح توسعه روستایی قرار گرفته است.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه,توسعه روستایی,شاخص,های طبیعی کیفیت زندگی,ایران}, url = {https://mag.iga.ir/article_245637.html}, eprint = {https://mag.iga.ir/article_245637_84f7d2e9782a2d452cff4cce16d120fb.pdf} }
