For years, the former Soviet socialist system was the sole producer of oil and gas from the Caspian Sea. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, five countries, Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Russia, were able to exploit these resources. From the US point of view, the Caspian Sea is one of the two most important regions that can meet the growing global demand for energy. And for that reason, that power must be effectively controlled. There are various estimates for Caspian oil reserves, from a maximum of 522 billion barrels to a minimum of 02 to 02 billion barrels. 02 billion barrels is the figure used by most companies in the region. He mentioned the importance of gas energy for the Caspian-Central Asia, but this is not the case in practice. The gas reserves of both countries are located in parts far from the Caspian region. Some American thinkers in the new geopolitics have called the combination of the two important energy regions of the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea as the two important sources of energy the strategic energy ellipse "The Ellipse Energy Strategic" that surrounds Iran. Despite having a common geopolitics, the countries of this region have different attitudes. The question now is "What are the factors influencing the geopolitical developments of the Caspian littoral countries?" Population, economy and so on. In this article, the geopolitical importance of the Caspian Sea countries, especially the Islamic Republic of Iran, is examined.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی کشورهای حوزه دریای خزر}, abstract_fa = {چکیده: حوزه دریای خزر یکی از مناطق مهم نفت خیز جهان به شمار می آید و کشورهای حاشیه آن جمعاً 51 درصد ذخایر نفت و 15 درصد ذخایر گاز جهان را در اختیار دارند. نظام سوسیالیستی شوروی سابق سالهای سال تنها تولید کننده نفت و گاز از منابع دریای خزر بود. پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی، امکان بهره برداری از این منابع برای پنج کشور ایران، آذربایجان، ترکمنستان، قزاقستان و روسیه فراهم شد. از دیدگاه ایاالت متحده، دریای خزر یکی از دو منطقه بسیار مهمی است که می تواند پاسخگوی تقاضای روزافزون جهان برای انرژی باشد. و به این دلیل باید در کنترل مؤثر آن قدرت قرار گیرد. در مورد ذخیره نفت خزر برآوردهای گوناگونی از حداکثر 522 میلیارد بشکه تا حداقل 02 تا 02 میلیارد بشکه وجود دارد. 02 میلیارد بشکه رقمی است که بیشتر شرکت ها در منطقه به کار می برند.)5 )با در نظر گرفتن این حقیقت که دو کشور منطقه ای خزر یعنی روسیه و ایران، بیش از 02 درصد ذخیره گاز طبیعی جهان را دارا هستند، می توان اهمیت فراوانی برای خزر- آسیای مرکزی در امر انرژی گازی برشمرد، اما در حقیقت و در عمل این گونه نیست. ذخایر گاز هر دو کشور در بخش هایی دور از منطقه خزر واقع شده اند. برخی از اندیشمندان آمریکایی در ژئوپولیتیک جدید ترکیبی از دو منطقه مهم انرژی زای خلیج فارس و دریای خزر به عنوان دو منبع مهم انرژی را بیضی استراتژیک انرژی » The Ellipse Energy Strategic »نامیده اند که ایران را در میان گرفته است. کشورهای این منطقه علی رغم دارا بودن ژئوپولیتیک مشترک دارای نگرش های متفاوت میباشند.حال این سؤال مطرح است که »عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تحوالت ژئوپلیتیک کشورهای حوزه دریای خزر کدامند؟« به نظر می رسد موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی جدید حوزه دریای خزر ناشی از عواملی چون ملیت، جمعیت، اقتصاد و غیره بوده است. و در این مقاله به بررسی اهمیت ژئوپلیتیکی کشورهای حوزه دریای خزر بخصوص جمهوری اسالمی ایران میپردازد  }, keywords_fa = {ژئوپلیتیک استراتژی کشورهای حوزه دریای خزر قدرتهای فرامنطقه ای}, url = {https://mag.iga.ir/article_246848.html}, eprint = {https://mag.iga.ir/article_246848_fe6871bbac89289371c9f216db58f7e2.pdf} }
