On the other hand, borders are simply ignored in some cases, especially by the residents of cities and villages in such areas; The reason for this - in most cases - goes back to the existing conflict between national belonging to the mainland and cultural-religious similarity with the residents on the other side of the border; That is, the conflict between respecting the current laws in one's own country and belonging to "others" on the other side of the border. Border exchanges are one of the main aspects of communication and livelihood of border dwellers in neighboring countries. Historically, such exchanges have existed in countries like Iran in various ways over time, although they have found new dimensions in recent decades. In fact, the lack of production and infrastructure, lack of employment and unemployment, low income and capital, etc., in some border areas, have led to the significant tendency of border residents to engage in such activities. Thus, border exchanges in recent years have led to the formation of new flows and established networks at the local level. Although these networks have unofficially created internal and external links between settlements, they are constantly exposed to a kind of "fragility" due to the spontaneity and spontaneous transformation of these links. Organizing border exchanges in official formats and supporting active border dwellers in this field can lead to the development and security of borders. This article tries to show the role of cross-border exchanges in the formation process of different flows in the form of a regional network approach and their effectiveness in the spatial transformation of settlements in the framework of mostly rural settlements in the central part of Baneh (Kurdistan). The results of the research show that border interactions in Baneh district have not only fueled the various flows of people, capital, goods, information and innovation, but also the transformation of the context of settlements, including changes in the construction of housing and residential spaces, from a So, the evolution in employment opportunities and earning more income has led to the change of the socio-economic behavior of the residents.}, keywords = {Border exchange,spatial transformation,Flows,local network,human settlement,Baneh city}, title_fa = {مبادلات مرزی، شبکه های محلی و تحول فضایی سکونتگاه های انسانی}, abstract_fa = {توجه به اینکه مرزها اغلب به عنوان مانعی برای حرکت آزادانه انسان و کالاها به شمار می روند، بایست آنها را در عمل از یک سو، در بعد قلمرو (سرزمینی) و ملاحظات توسعه و امنیت ملی و از دیگر سو، در بعد اجتماعی- اقتصادی و بین عرصه های فعالیتهای رسمی و غیررسمی در عرصه های مختلف سکونتگاهی مورد فهم و سنجش قرار داد. از سوی دیگر، مرزها در برخی موارد، به ویژه توسط ساکنان شهرها و روستاهای این گونه نواحی، به سادگی نادیده انگاشته میشوند؛ علت این امر- در اغلب موارد- به تعارض موجود میان تعلق ملی به سرزمین اصلی و همسانی فرهنگی- مذهبی با ساکنان آن سوی مرز بازمی گردد؛ یعنی، تعارض بین احترام به قوانین جاری در کشور خودی و تعلق خاطر به”دیگران“در آن سوی مرز. مبادلات مرزی از جنبه های اصلی برقراری ارتباط و امرار معاش مرزنشینان در کشورهای همسایه به شمار می رود. این گونه مبادلات در کشورهایی همچون ایران، بلحاظ تاریخی، پیوسته در گذر زمان به انحاء مختلف وجود داشته است، هرچند در دهه های اخیر ابعاد تازه ای یافته است. در واقع، نبود زیرساخت های تولیدی و زیربنایی، فقدان اشتغال و بیکاری، نازل بودن درآمد و سرمایه و... در پاره ای نواحی مرزی، منجر به گرایش قابل توجه مرزنشینان بدین گونه فعالیتها شده است. بدین سان، مبادلات مرزی در سالهای اخیر به شکل گیری جریانهای تازه ای منجر شده، شبکه هایی در سطح محلی برپا نموده است. هرچند این شبکه ها به طور غیررسمی موجب پیوندهای درونی و بیرونی بیناسکونتگاهی شده، اما به سبب خودجوش بودن و تحول خودبخودی این پیوندها، پیوسته در معرض نوعی”شکنندگی“قرار دارند. ساماندهی مبادلات مرزی در قالبهای رسمی و پشتیبانی از مرزنشینان فعال در این عرصه، می تواند به برپایی توسعه و امنیت مرزها منتهی گردد. این مقاله در چارچوب سکونتگاه های عمدتا روستایی بخش مرکزی بانه (کردستان) کوشش دارد، تا نقش مبادلات مرزی را در روند شکل گیری جریان-های مختلف در قالب رویکرد شبکه ناحیه ای و اثربخشی آنها در تحول فضایی سکونتگاه ها را نشان دهد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که تعاملات مرزی در ناحیه بانه نه تنها به جریان های مختلف افراد، سرمایه، کالاها، اطلاعات و نوآوری دامن زده است، بلکه، به دگرگونی بافت سکونتگاه ها، از جمله تغییر در ساخت مسکن و فضاهای مسکونی، از یک سو، و تحول در فرصت های اشتغال و کسب درآمد بیشتر و نهایتا به تغییر رفتار اجتماعی- اقتصادی مرنشینان منجر شده است. }, keywords_fa = {مبادله مرزی,تحول فضایی,جریان ها,شبکه محلی,سکونتگاه انسانی,شهرستان بانه}, url = {https://mag.iga.ir/article_701271.html}, eprint = {https://mag.iga.ir/article_701271_03a48dd842563b8427c8a7ba4b89088a.pdf} }
