Journal Article 2023 04 19 Problem: Based on the surveys and the results of the 2015 census, about 20 to 30 percent of the total population of 13.5 million people in Tehran province live in informal settlements, which causes many problems, from environmental pressure to social security issues. has borne fruit The need to obtain a clear vision of the growth process of informal settlements with the aim of determining the strategies and implementation solutions to solve the problem is considered as one of the important concerns of the management of the metropolitan area of Tehran.<br />Method<br />The current investigation method is of the type of statistical analysis and field investigations, and it has been tried to know the dimensions and future prospects of informal settlements; Strategies should be presented according to the realities of the metropolitan area of Tehran.<br />findings<br />The continuation of migration and the growth of the urban population of the metropolitan area of Tehran (about 5 million people until 1405), the multiplicity and inconsistency in the management of the metropolitan area and the slowness of the nature of structural reforms are effective components in expanding the dimensions of informal settlement until 1405, so the implementation of the document The organization of migration from Tehran, the empowerment document of informal settlements, the integrated and unified management of the urban complex, the approach to justice in space and the policy of redistributing wealth in parallel with economic growth are among the effective strategies in overcoming the situation and solving the problem. مسئله : براساس بررسی های صورت گرفته و نتایج سرشماری سال1385 از کل جمعیت 5/13میلیون نفری استان تهران حدود 20 الی30 درصد در سکونتگاه های غیررسمی زندگی می کنند، که این مسئله مشکلات متعددی را از فشار بر عرصه های زیست محیطی گرفته تا مسائل امنیت اجتماعی ببار آورده است. ضرورت دستیابی به چشم اندازی روشن از روند رشد سکونتگاه های غیررسمی با هدف تعیین راهبردها و راهکارهای اجرایی حل مسئله، از جمله دغدغه های مهم مدیریت منطقه کلانشهری تهران محسوب می شود.<br />روش بررسی حاضر از نوع تحلیل های آماری و بررسی های میدانی بوده و تلاش شده تا با شناخت ابعاد و آینده نگری سکونتگاه های غیررسمی؛ راهبردهای متناسب با واقعیات منطقه کلانشهری تهران ارائه شود.<br />یافته ها<br />تداوم مهاجرت و رشد جمعیت شهری منطقه کلانشهری تهران (حدود 5 میلیون نفر تا سال1405)، تعدد و ناهماهنگی در مدیریت منطقه کلانشهری و بطئی بودن ماهیت اصلاحات ساختاری از مولفه های موثر در گسترش ابعاد اسکان غیررسمی تا سال 1405 می باشد، لذا اجرایی ساختن سند ساماندهی مهاجرت از تهران، سند توانمندسازی سکونتگاه های غیررسمی، مدیریت یکپارچه و واحد مجموعه شهری، رویکرد به عدالت در فضا و سیاست باز توزیع ثروت به موازات رشد اقتصادی، از جمله راهبردهای موثر در برون رفت از وضعیت و حل مسئله می باشد. https://mag.iga.ir/article_704415_3f25302c8130a811b7db340b03d584d5.pdf
