The relationship between the city and the countryside in Iran has been studied from different perspectives, but what has been less studied is the persistence of urban centers next to rural centers. This feature is not only the basis for the differentiation between the eastern and western lands, but also played a role in the meaning of concepts such as region and region in the historical past of Iran. The characteristic feature of this historical unity has been the domineering relations of the city with its surrounding villages.
Socio-economic and political transformations at the national and global levels during the last several decades have led to changes in the nature of these relationships and the establishment of renewed relationships, although the traditional relationships of the past can be traced more or less here and there. Along with these new relations, various flows have emerged between the city and the countryside, among which we can mention the flow of people, innovation, production and perhaps most importantly, the flow of capital. Today, the examination of these flows to understand the nature of relations and the scope of interaction between the city and the village has been more and more noticed by experts.
This article, based on field studies, tries to show how the flow of capital in the studied area has been effective not only on the scope of rural-urban relations, but also on the internal transformations of villages. Investigating the consequences of the capital flow in this area shows that although this new interaction has become the basis for various environmental-ecological, social and economic transformations, it has not been able to properly transform the internal economy of the village and the active role of the villagers in the capital flow and The investment process should play a constructive role.
