Pathology of production cooperatives in line with sustainable rural development, a case example: production cooperatives in Saveh city

Abstract

This article is the result of a field research that was conducted with the aim of pathology of production cooperatives in the direction of sustainable rural development of Saveh city with economic and social dimensions, because achieving development requires economic development, which itself depends on the development of industry, service and agriculture sectors. In the agricultural sector, rural production cooperative companies are a suitable lever for economic and social development, which can be effective in the optimal productivity of living, working and production conditions, improving the income level and the social status of the society. Of course, the dynamics and necessary changes in these companies are efficient and effective when they It should be targeted, systematic, planned and based on sustainability considerations in all economic, social and environmental dimensions. In this regard, rural production cooperatives as one of the exploitation systems are facing obstacles and problems. This article uses a descriptive-survey method and by holding participatory workshops (pra), questionnaires (according to the theoretical model and research background) and face-to-face interviews. It has been done. Data collection was extracted using SPSS software. The statistical population of the research is the members of the cooperatives located in the villages of Saveh city with a statistical sample based on the Kochran formula (110 people). The sampling is random and multi-stage. According to the main assumption of the research, the results show that serious injuries, the production cooperatives of Saveh In the economic and social dimensions, the indicators included farmers' income, production improvement, awareness and social trust. The highest average is related to the economic dimensions (3.4409) and the lowest average is related to the social dimension (2.0967). It is suggested: free aid, Providing facilities and equipment, inducing cooperative thinking, informing cooperative members, and empowering members of production cooperatives should be on the agenda.
