Challenges of sustainable development using information and communication technology (Ict) (case study of villages in Saveh city)

In the new paradigms and approaches of rural development, the use of knowledge and information, followed by the tools and technologies of its transfer and exchange, has a special place and importance, and information and communication technology is considered one of the important factors of sustainable development. to be In order to measure the dimensions of these theories in practice, the present survey has investigated information and communication technologies and its role in the development of rural communities in Yalabad and Qordin villages of Saveh city, using descriptive and analytical methods, as well as the role of this technology in the development of these villages. . The villages of Yalabad and Qardin are among the villages of Noor Ali Beyk sub-district of Saveh city, despite the fact that the development of information and communication technologies can play a significant and effective role in the development of these villages, but it seems that the economic, social and physical structure of the villages of Yalabad and Qordin Dehistan Noor Ali Beyk is not in a favorable situation for the development of ict. The results indicate that the villages of Yalabad and Qardin, despite their high potential in the field of information and communication technology development, have not benefited much from the potential of this technology and their unstable rural structures do not allow for the development of this technology.
