Abstract

One of the basic challenges during recent decades (1380-1390), in the rural areas of the country, is the issue of land use change due to tourism activities, which has become a challenge at the national level and has gained wide dimensions. Environmental effects are considered as one of the most important. Based on this, the present article seeks to identify and analyze the environmental effects of land use change caused by tourism in the rural areas of the central part of Tankabon. The applied research method is descriptive-analytical using objective and subjective data resulting from the questionnaire completed by the residents of the village. The data collected by the questionnaire were processed using SPSS statistical software, and based on the purpose and nature of the data, t-test and Pearson statistical tests were used. The results of the findings indicate that the relationship between the two variables of tourism development and the environmental effects of land use change in the studied area is confirmed, but this relationship is of an inverse type, in such a way that, with the development of tourism, the negative environmental effects are more than the positive effects. It grows more. And also other results show that there is no significant difference among the eleven studied villages in relation to the influence of environmental effects.
