Agricultural production cooperatives are considered a suitable approach for achieving economic and social development and realizing social justice. From the point of view of redistributing benefits from the growth of the agricultural sector, increasing job opportunities, developing people's participation, paying attention to rural women, lowering the risk of investment in the agricultural sector, reducing production costs, etc., these companies are a suitable tool for improving the situation. They are agriculture. Based on this, what was considered as the main goal of the research in the current research was to explain the performance of agricultural production cooperatives in the development of rural women's employment, which was carried out as a case study in 28 villages that have a cooperative company in Savajbalag city of Alborz province. To do it, a descriptive analytical research method was used. The statistical population included "villagers who are cooperative members and cooperative managers" in the number of 708 people. The sample size for the survey was estimated to be 250 samples using the questionnaire tool based on Cochran's method. The results of the analysis obtained from the descriptive and inferential statistics of 6 items related to the establishment of agricultural cooperative companies in these villages between 1960 and 1995 showed that the weighted average of most of the items was lower than the average and this shows that the role of the company Agricultural cooperatives have not been very noticeable and bold in expanding the employment status of women. Although the results of the chi-square test have confirmed the hypothesis of the research, it should not be forgotten that the effects of the cooperative company in creating employment, increasing income and reducing the migration of rural women are low and should be used to improve the performance of cooperative companies and raise the status of women. , planned and invested.
