Considering the trend of population increase and expansion of urbanization, the feasibility of developing new cities according to climatic parameters plays a major role in planning and location. In the current research, the importance and weight of climatic parameters by using fuzzy hierarchical logic and the data obtained from two Delphi questionnaires and pairwise comparison, determining and determining the location and feasibility of the development of new cities and investigating susceptible areas in terms of climatic conditions in the study The case of Qazvin province was used. Finally, 9.6% of the province's area is in very favorable areas, 31.3% in favorable areas, 40.7% in average areas, 12.3% in unfavorable areas and 9.1% in very unfavorable areas in terms of feasibility. New urban developments are located in Qazvin province.
