In recent years, attention to rural-urban displacements, on the one hand, and the effect of the city on the transformation of rural textures, on the other hand, have been continuously emphasized. This article tries to examine and evaluate the trends of change that have been the basis for the transformation of rural housing and the self-induced intensification of urban-rural flows, such as the flow of people, information, innovation, and the like. Understanding these transformations requires paying attention to the various aspects of these flows and understanding the social environment that governs the area under study - the surrounding villages of Zanjan.
