In the early 1980s, Dehiaris, as non-governmental organizations, took over the administration of the executive affairs of the villages. Since their satisfaction with their performance will guarantee their success and continuation of their activities, this research, with the approach of gender analysis and based on the theory of social exchange, aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of women and men with the performance of villagers in the rural management of Konani section of Kohdasht city. It is because it seems that each of the two sexes have expectations from the villagers, which is derived from their different role and position in the society. The current research has been carried out in a descriptive way and through a field survey. The population living in these villages is equal to 7445 people, based on Cochran's formula, 200 men and women were selected as a sample community. After collecting the data through a researcher-made questionnaire, they were analyzed with t, Friedman and logistic regression tests. The results indicate that women are less satisfied than men with the economic and social performance of villagers and are more satisfied with the physical-environmental dimension than men, these differences are mainly related to gender roles and benefits from the performance of councils and Its influence is related to the satisfaction of both sexes.
