In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America by emphasizing this feature and by using the constructivist approach that has a balanced and mixed view. In this regard, the issue of cultural geography has been investigated as the main indicator. This research has tried to analyze the place of cultural geography in the relations between the two mentioned countries with a logical link between geopolitics and constructivist approach. The basic question of this article is as follows: From the perspective of constructivism, how has cultural geography caused conflict in the geopolitical structure governing relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States? It should be noted that this article is written in a descriptive-analytical way.
