The methodology of this article is based on the spatial paradigm, which draws conclusions based on the analogical method and the generalization of the whole to the parts. This article is of applied type, which according to analytical-descriptive method, has used survey technique and observation and interview tools. The results of this article make it clear that the prevailing structural-functional survey (a set of elements and factors involved in the environmental, cultural, social and economic fields) systematically regulates and defines all the internal relationships of rural settlements, including housing. and thus, the houses of the Turkmen living in this area have been erected and taken shape.
