Abstract
Influence and Influenceability of people on geographical phenomena, may be known as the most important feature of geography.Because geography influences thought, and ultimately thought creates a new geography and makes the place different from before, political geographers, and especially geopolitics, need to know. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the environment and human beings in creating new behaviors and geographical environments to continue living and showing power in the field of foreign relations.This research with a descriptive-analytical approach, based on library and field data, using various methods such as multi-criteria decision-making(TOPSIS), hierarchical analysis (SWOT), GIS, and Geometric Mean method (AHP- Fuzzy Buckley),by forming pairwise comparisons, calculating the fuzzy and normal weights obtained from the questionnaires distributed among the statistical population equal to the sample size (20 educated people and regional managers), concluded that natural factors such as topography by weight 0.2363 and gaining 1, sufficient land to expand various activities such as military or tourism with a weight of 0.2138 with a rank of 2 and many human beings such as strategic and geopolitical position of the region with rank 4 and distance from air corridors with a rank of 5 out of 10 The criterion in question is effective in locating and architecture of strategic points and military sites to prepare the government against the attacks of enemies, which should be considered the role of all of them in the analysis and capacity assessment of development or establishment of new military bases. In the geotourist discussion, for the sustainable development of tourism in Ali Sadr region, adopting strategies such as using the natural potentials of the environment to improve living standards of the people of the region and permanent exhibitions of local products and festivals Indoor and outdoor are necessary
