Abstract

Due to its pivotal-central role, the city of Tehran is associated with increasing population and density, and consequently in providing services and facilities in various fields, due to shortages and in some cases due to lack of proper geographical distribution of land uses. Is. The gas station network is one of the components of the municipal service network, which acts as a fuel supplier for the intercity transportation sector and, in turn, is important in terms of traffic, urban planning, safety and environmental considerations. One of the most important factors surrounding fuel supply stations (gas stations) is their proper location. Today, multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) models have become an evolving and appropriate tool for dealing with complex spatial decision-making problems. There are different methods in multi-criteria decisions. Studies and evidence show that multi-criteria decision-making methods, especially integrated methods between them, for accurate spatial decision-making, provide accurate results. District 17 of Tehran, in terms of high population density as well as the density of internal traffic day and night and being a passage to adjacent areas, shows the need for refueling stations and their optimal location. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate location of gas stations in the 17th district of Tehran and to investigate the location of existing stations in this area, using the Geographic Information System (GIS) and using the integrated fuzzy AHP method. The research method in this evaluation is descriptive-analytical and applied in nature. For this purpose, in order to achieve the mentioned goals, appropriate criteria, compatible with the study area and various have been used, and finally, using pairwise comparisons and expert opinions and calculations by fuzzy AHP method, the final weight of the criteria has been determined. The results of combining information layers in ARCGIS software, while identifying suitable locations for the construction of new stations, have analyzed the location of gas station stations, which shows that both existing stations in the 17th district of Tehran are in a suitable position and They are not optimal.
