The current research was developed with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the stability of the inefficient structure of Khorram Abad city against natural hazards with a descriptive-analytical method based on survey documentary sources. In this article, the dangers threatening the inefficient fabric of Khorram Abad city were first introduced. In the following, the factors affecting tissue regeneration were analyzed using the Dimetal technique. The most important threats to the context are floods and earthquakes. Five main factors: social, economic, physical, environmental and physical were studied as influencing factors on regeneration. According to the results of this research, in the category of regeneration of the ineffective texture of Khorramabad city, factors such as the use of public participation, attention to the type of economic activity of the residents of the texture, the qualitative characteristics of the buildings in the texture, the effect of informal management factors on the texture and environmental characteristics. They should be one of the main factors influencing the sustainable regeneration of the ineffective tissue of Khorram Abad city.
