Abstract

The geo-economic competition of the coastal countries of the Caspian Sea in cases such as the legal regime of this sea, energy transfer plans and the exploitation of seabed resources are among the geopolitical crises affecting Iran's national security in this region. The purpose of this article is to analyze and investigate the geopolitical crises of the Caspian Sea, emphasizing the geo-economic competition between the coastal countries and its impact on Iran's national security.
The main question of the article is, what effect will the geopolitical crises of the Caspian Sea, centered on the geo-economic competition between the coastal countries, have on Iran's national security? The findings of this article show that these competitions are the basis of Iran's economic insecurity in the field of energy equations, and that it deprives Iran of permanent and stable markets and economic partners in the region, and that it is the basis of cultural and ethnic insecurity. provides in the cultural geography of Iran. According to this introduction, in this article, an attempt will be made to analyze and explain the geopolitical crises of the Caspian Sea by using library resources as well as scientific and research articles, emphasizing the geo-economic competition between coastal countries and its impact on Iran's national security.
