Abstract

This research in examining and analyzing the country's regional imbalance mechanisms with an interdisciplinary approach to the political economy of space and regional development with the assumption of three levels of analysis in Iran's political economy and three levels of the market scale (national, regional and local), to this It has been concluded that the intermediate variables of Iran's political economy in relative adaptation to inefficient regional markets are the main factor in the imbalance of the country's regional system. Based on this, on the one hand, according to indicators of economic policy in the budget system and state companies from 1373 to 1985, about 78.85% of the economic geography of the national market in 7 provinces with 39.78% of the country's total budget (apart from current and construction credits) has been concentrated, on the other hand, the share of other provinces in regional policy in the row of increasing the acquisition of capital assets (with the highest amount in 1985) was about 4.5% of the total budget, which is directly related to the level First, political economy shows a severe imbalance in the variables of the third level (geographic area, population distribution and concentration, capital, etc.). On the other hand, this research shows the transformation in the country's economic geography (provincial level) after the 70s, emphasizing the Gestalt approach to the political economy of space, in direct connection with the growth rate index of government management and the overall capacity building of the rentier political economy in the national market. Iran can be investigated and analyzed. Therefore, to achieve regional development from the perspective of political economy, it is necessary to recognize the political economy of space with a methodology based on normative principles in the development space on the one hand, and on the other hand, considering the historical role of the government in Iran and especially in the last century in The increasing acceleration of globalization and uncertainty in production in the context of market economy has necessitated the comprehensive approach of the government with specific spatial and regional dimensions.
