An analysis of the key factors affecting the sustainable regional development of Makran.

Abstract

Different biological places consider different strategies to reach the goal according to their nature and function; The ultimate goal of all these strategies is to achieve sustainable development. The main goal of development is to eliminate inequalities, the best concept of development is growth with social justice. The concept of development is the continuation of economic growth, rapid and continuous real per capita growth, in sync with the progress of society. According to the purpose of the research, which is to analyze the key factors affecting the sustainable regional development of Makran, the current research has been carried out using the descriptive-analytical research method and based on the methods of future research with a combination of documentary and survey methods. In the current research, two-stage Delphi method was used to identify the primary variables affecting the sustainable development of Makran region after studying the upstream documents in different areas. The research was selected using 36 variables in the form of 8 areas as primary variables affecting the sustainable development of Makran region. The findings show that due to the existence of 36 main variables affecting the development of Makran, the dimensions of the matrix are 36x36. The number of repetitions has been considered twice and the degree of filling is 60.88%, which indicates the dispersion of variables affecting the development of Makran. The results show that the regional development situation of Makran is to a great extent caused by macro-management, policy, social and economic sectors. In fact, until the fundamental changes in the economic and management structure of Makran region do not take place and the necessary economic power and effective management changes are not made, it is impossible to improve the regional development situation of Makran.
