تفاوت پیش نیازهای جنسیتی توسعه کارآفرینی در مناطق روستایی (مطالعه موردی: بخش پاپی شهرستان خرم آباد)

چکیده

توسعه کارافرینی ضمن ایجاد اشتغال و ایجاد درآمد، می‌تواند کاهش بیکاری روستاییان را به دنبال داشته باشد. با این حال تقریبا در اکثر کشورهای جهان عوامل و پیش‌نیازهای موثر بر فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی بین مردان و زنان به خصوص در مناطق روستایی متفاوت است. لذا در این تحقیق به بررسی پیش‌نیازهای جنسیتی موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی در مناطق روستایی پرداخته شد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی- تحلیلی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه بوده است. جامعه آماری زنان و مردان روستایی بخش پاپی شهرستان خرم‌آباد می‌باشد (8775N=). با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 330 نمونه (172 مرد و 158 زن) انتخاب شد. برای رسیدن به سوالات پژوهش، از آزمون‌های تحلیل واریانس، آزمون‌های تعقیبی (Post-Hoc) و مدل رگرسیون لجستیک باینری (روش LM- نیوتن- مارکارد- رافسون) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت قابل‌توجهی بین عوامل و پیش‌نیازهای موثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی زنان و مردان روستایی وجود دارد. پیش‌نیازهای توسعه کارآفرینی از نظر مردان روستایی (علاوه بر عامل اقتصادی که بین زنان و مردان مهم‌ترین پیش-نیاز توسعه کارآفرینی بوده) تحت تأثیر عوامل زیرساختی و ساختاری- نهادی می‌باشد؛ در حالی که‌ عوامل خانوادگی و اجتماعی- فرهنگی مهم‌ترین پیش‌نیازهای توسعه کارآفرینی زنان روستایی بوده است. با توجه به نتایج و برای توسعه کارآفرینی و به ویژه در مناطق روستایی لازم است به عامل جنسیت کارآفرینان توجه ویژه‌ای داشت و برای رفع موانع کارآفرینی با توجه به جنسیت کارآفرینان استراتژی و الگوی متناسب اتخاذ گردد.

Developing entrepreneurship while generating employment and creating incomes can lead to lower unemployment among the villagers. However, in almost the entire world, the factors and drivers that affect entrepreneurship activities vary between men and women, especially in rural areas. The aim of the present study, functional and the method is descriptive-analytic. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire and interviews. The statistical population of rural women and men is the Papi section of Khorramabad city (N = 8775). 330 samples (172 males and 158 females) were selected using the Cochran formula. To achieve the research questions, variance analysis, post hoc tests, and binary logistic regression (LM-Newton-Mar card-Raphson method) were used.The results of the research show that there is a significant difference between the factors and factors affecting entrepreneurship development of rural women and men. The entrepreneurship development drivers for rural men (in addition to the economic factor that has been the most important driver of entrepreneurship among women and men) is influenced by infrastructure and institutional factors, while important family and socio-cultural factors The most important drivers of rural women entrepreneurship development. Regarding the results, it is necessary to pay attention to the entrepreneur's gender factor and in order to eliminate the entrepreneurial barriers, taking into account the gender of the entrepreneurs of the strategy and the proportional model, in order to develop entrepreneurship, and especially in rural areas.
