Integrated development in the sense of homogeneity is the logical spatio-temporal relationship between departments in environmental, economic, social and physical planning, which typically emphasizes the active participation of the people and the unified management of the district. In addition, the necessary attention to the effective interaction of rural and urban areas in this continuous framework is emphasized, because otherwise, what happens will not be in the interest of rural centers or helpers of urban centers. The spatial system of Sarvabad region, despite its outstanding capabilities, due to the lack of structural-functional economic inconsistency and appropriate and uniform planning, is far from the goals of optimal and integrated rural-urban development. The present article is related to Sarvabad region (including Sarvabad and Oraman-Takht cities and villages of the region) according to the integrated rural-urban development approach and relying on field and survey studies, based on comprehensive research, seeking to identify and analyze the limitations of rural development. It was a city in this area. The results show that although there is a direct and significant relationship between socio-cultural and physical-spatial indicators, safety, economic-productive and natural-ecological variables, with the least correlation and spatial flow variables with signs of integrated development, from moderate relationship, respectively. Enjoys; As a result, integrated rural-urban development has not been achieved as expected.
