Sustainability analysis and the status of sustainability indicators at the level of urban neighborhoods as an approach to achieve sustainable urban development has always been one of the goals of city managers. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of sustainable neighborhood development in the neighborhoods of Khorramabad and in general to recognize the different situation between neighborhoods and show different levels of neighborhoods in terms of indicators of sustainable neighborhood development. According to the results of ANOVA test, in all indicators of sustainable development of neighborhoods (socio-cultural, economic, environmental, physical indicators), there are significant differences between the studied areas in terms of differences in means, in other words, the level of Fisher test for All four indicators are equal to 0.000 and at the confidence level of 0.95% is less than 0.05, so there is a significant difference in terms of the average between the groups and all neighborhoods are in a different position in terms of these indicators. Also, in order to answer the research question, in order to determine the homogeneous levels of sustainable neighborhood development and ranking the neighborhoods in terms of the level of sustainable neighborhood development indicators, cluster analysis and Tukey test results have been used. Level 3 (sustainable), coastal neighborhoods of Khajavi, Delfan, Shohada, Fazik, Alavi with sustainable development of medium-sized neighborhoods in level 2 (semi-sustainable), Karganeh neighborhood, Eastern Spestan and Gol Sefid with sustainable development of low-level neighborhoods in level 1 (unstable) in the area Are studied.
