The current research, which was conducted with the aim of measuring rural development in the villages of Bushehr province, is an applied research that was carried out by using fuzzy multi-indicator decision-making methods. The method of descriptive and analytical research and the method of collecting information is of the library type and the collection tool, according to the research objectives, is based on the data and information of the tables and common forms of the general census of population and housing (especially the statistical yearbook of Bushehr province 2013). The statistical population of the study is all the villages of Bushehr province, and in order to measure their level of development, 84 components in the form of development indicators have been extracted from the official statistics of Bushehr province and analyzed using the fuzzy Vaycor technique. The analysis of the research findings while drawing an unequal regional space in the rural areas of Bushehr province and the unfair allocation of rural facilities and services, showed that in total indicators, the suburbs (Bushehr), Asaluyeh, Zirah and Pushtkoh have the highest level of development, and the Anarestan, Bardkhon, Liravi Middle and Abadan have the lowest rural development rate. At the end, in order to eliminate the regional imbalance in Bushehr province and establish social justice in the rural areas of the province's cities, practical suggestions were presented and development priorities were determined by each district.
