Today, in the management of urban affairs, citizens' participation as a key element in achieving anticipated goals is of great importance, as interfering with people can play a valuable role in building urban balance. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the tendency of citizens of Ney Riz to participate management and explain the solidarity between citizens' benefits from social capital components and their participation in urban management. The type of applied research is a descriptive analytical method and has been used to collect data from a field and field (questionnaire) method. The statistical population is 50291 people in the city of Ney Riz, which is estimated at 382 according to Cochran formula. The random sampling method is simple and finally, after data collection, using single sample, independent T, variance analysis, Toky, Pearson correlation coefficient, spiraman and multiple regression have been analyzed by data analysis. . The results of a single sample t -test (= 23.92) indicate the average citizen's average participation, which has a significant correlation with the variables of marital status, the type of job with a significant level of 0.031 and 0.000. There is no correlation with the two variables of gender and literacy. On the other hand, there is a significant correlation between citizens with their participation with a significant level of 0.000 and the Pearson coefficient of 0.446, meaning that the greater the social capital among individuals, the more citizen participation in urban management is. In this context, the results of multiple regression shows that among the dimensions of social capital, the social cohesion dimension with the beta value (0.292) has had the greatest impact on citizens' participation in urban management. A linear combination variance of social capital dimensions can explain 21 % of the variance of citizen participation.
