In this regard, it is necessary to consider their place in land management models due to the importance of landforms. Therefore, considering that the knowledge of geomorphology studies the shapes and processes of the earth's surface, it is necessary to consider the characteristics, processes and processes affecting landforms to evaluate the environmental strength. The study of methods according to the criteria used in each method showed that in the method of land system analysis, criteria of climate, fault, groundwater and environmental hazards are not considered and also in the method of comprehensive plan of natural resources, no attention is paid to environmental hazards. And only two uses of protection and rangeland have been identified. In the system method, due to the fact that experts have different specialties, it does not consider all the components of a system. Existing methods were presented according to the geomorphological point of view in order to evaluate the environmental power based on the basic units of the landform and the results are more in line with the reality of the earth. This model includes ecological potential assessment and environmental hazard assessment. In the assessment of ecological potential, sub-criteria of prevailing wind direction, slope curvature, surface water and groundwater were added. Also, in the land form criterion, different classifications of landforms for urban development were presented and the assessment of environmental hazard potential also includes the assessment of flood potential, landslides and seismicity.
