Neglecting the environmental capacity of cities and increasing environmental problems have led to the formation of undesirable and unlivable urban environments. Therefore, by carefully evaluating them, many existing issues and problems can be identified and actions can be taken to solve them. In the current research, the 17th district of Tehran as the most problematic urban area is selected and the model that governs the research in terms of goal, cognitive, and in terms of nature and method, evaluation-comparative, and its main goal is to discover the relationship between the dimensions of livability. In terms of time, it is temporary and related to the year 2014. In order to analyze the data, Spss software and Pearson's correlation test were used. Finally, according to the findings of the research, the managerial dimension and then the environmental dimension were most related to other dimensions of livability. As a result, by understanding the relationship between the dimensions of livability, the management dimension and then the environmental dimension were discovered as the most important dimensions that play a greater role in solving the problems of the 17th district of Tehran.
