Due to their role in national development, villages have a special place in development planning; Therefore, governments, through policymaking in the form of short-term, medium-term and long-term construction plans, with related goals and in pursuit of creating changes and transformations and achieving favorable living conditions in human settlements, implement construction plans and projects. This article tries to explain the scope of effectiveness and determine the socio-economic consequences of such investments and projects in the transformation and development of settlements, according to the amount of construction investments and completed plans and projects. According to documents and evidence, during the period of 1387-1358, an amount of 127,041.8 million Rials was spent in the villages of this sector, of which 120,291.8 million Rials were spent on a point basis and a figure equal to 6750 million Rials was spent on the implementation of plans and projects. has been spent. The findings of the research show that the degree of correlation of such construction investments with the degree of socio-economic development of the rural settlements of the sector is very insignificant, to the extent that out of the total of 16 indicators investigated, only one social indicator (emigration of educated people from village) and 2 economic indicators (increase in service activities and cultivated area of horticultural products) a significant relationship is evident.
