Housing, as a part of the spatial system of the village, has special structural-functional characteristics. This phenomenon has been subjected to transformation in recent decades due to the expansion of construction activities.
One such plan is the rural housing improvement and renovation plan, the implementation of which has played an obvious role in establishing a transformation in the construction and functions of rural houses. Due to the encouragement of urbanization and the lack of attention to the relationship between the structure and functions of rural houses, these transformations have in some cases created a kind of duality between housing and the basic activities of rural households. This article tries to scrutinize the transformations resulting from renovation (and improvement) activities in the field of rural housing within the framework of the general legality of the "structural-functional survey" approach. This legality indicates the obvious fact that the change in the physical structure, both consciously and unconsciously, provides the context for the transformation of activities and relationships.
