Identifying and exploiting appropriate and effective knowledge management mechanisms is one of the serious concerns of today's organizations, and among them, project-oriented organizations such as the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation due to the temporary nature of their projects and the continuous challenge of limited time and resources. More than other organizations, they need systematic knowledge management. The current research seeks to evaluate the quality of implementation projects of Hadi projects of Gilan province in the fifth development plan by means of project management standards to provide knowledge for better decisions in the future. In this standard, project management knowledge areas are classified into 9 areas and 42 components, which include project integrity management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, communication management, risk management, and procurement management. . The research results show that project integrity management with the highest average is the most important and project risk management with the lowest average is one of the least important areas, cost management with the lowest relative deviation is in the best condition and risk management with the highest relative deviation is in the worst condition. And the first priority is for change. At the end, the degree of correlation of different fields is measured so that the positive or negative consequences of each field can be predicted.
