Ecotourism entrepreneurship is a new concept in the discussion of rural tourism, which deals with the creation of suitable jobs in the direction of eco-friendly tourism. The purpose of this research is to explain the effective criteria for ecotourism entrepreneurship from the point of view of ecotourists in Maranjab desert region. The research expression is a researcher-made questionnaire with 6 indicators, 29 criteria and 120 sub-criteria. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula of 349 people and randomly distributed among ecotourists. SPSS software and t-test and Anova analysis of variance were used to perform descriptive and statistical analysis and answer the research hypotheses. The results of the t-test have confirmed the effect of each of the investigated factors, and the supplementary results of the ANOVA test show that each of the dimensions differed from each other in terms of the average effect. Modeling and explanation of factors affecting ecotourism entrepreneurship was done using amos software. The findings obtained from the second-order factor model of structural equation modeling show that the social factor has the highest factor loading on the development of ecotourism entrepreneurship with 0.94. After that, infrastructure factors received a factor load of 0.86. Service and environmental factors with a factor load of 0.86 jointly occupy the third place. Institutional and economic factors were also recognized with factor loadings of 0.70 and 0.69 in the next ranks of influencing the expansion of entrepreneurial opportunities.
