In recent years, Southwest Asia has witnessed extensive changes among the countries located in it. These developments exist in a range of political, security, geopolitical, and social events. Among these, one of the most important events in this region is the dust phenomenon, which has affected the lives of people in countries such as Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in recent years. Among the characteristics of this natural phenomenon is its transboundary nature and this characteristic has given it a geopolitical nature. Therefore, any action in this regard is subject to multilateral cooperation between the countries involved in this issue. Also, the reliance of some countries (they have the upper hand in water resources and its sources) on flawed and sometimes conventionalized theories related to how to access resources (water) and its management has added to the ambiguity of the case. But another problem is that the countries involved in this issue from a political point of view, which are influenced by ideological, religious, political and social conflicts, have sometimes tense relations, therefore this article seeks to investigate the issue that the natural phenomenon of round and As a geopolitical issue, what consequences will the dust have for the relations between the countries of the region? This article is descriptive and analytical, and the tool for collecting information is a type of library studies. The results of the surveys indicate that despite the internal problems and the issues related to the relations between the countries of the region, the pressure of public opinion and the jeopardy of the quality of life among the people affected by this issue lead them to bilateral or multilateral cooperation. At least in this specific issue will lead.
