Paying attention to old and dilapidated urban textures as problematic textures has a long history not only in Iran but also in the world. Organizing and improving these tissues, which are often located in the center and historical core of the city, is the best way to express the history and national identity of each country and one of the platforms for the realization of endogenous development goals. According to its functions, applied algorithms and capabilities, gis is able to help the management of worn-out tissues in order to overcome the aforementioned concerns as an efficient tool. The data provided in the database of geographic information systems have been used. The area under study in the present research is Sartpoule neighborhood of Sanandaj, this area was chosen because of the indicators of wear and tear. In order to achieve each of the optimal models for the management of dilapidated tissues in the study area, including improvement, renovation, reconstruction, etc., based on the basic indicators of identifying the type of dilapidation of dilapidated urban tissues, multiple layers of information such as price maps, building age maps, maps Accesses, map of the number of floors, slope map of neighborhood roads, land use map, area map of neighborhood fabric parts, road coverage map, texture material type map, etc. were produced. Finally, with spatial analysis and the use of spatial algorithms available in the gis environment and the use of fuzzy logic, the priority areas for the development of the worn-out fabric were identified based on the proposed improvement, renovation, and restoration solutions.
