The geopolitics of each country has a special place in the national security issues of that country, being centered on the
issue of power. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, geopolitics and especially its energy variable are of strategic importance
in directing the country's destiny. The geopolitics of Iran's energy in two dimensions, geoeconomic (the capacity to become
one of the main partners of the world's major energy consumers) and geostrategic (playing a strategic role in regional and
global energy security and international energy organizations), with increasing weight Geopolitics has the potential to
provide national interests and security. The realization of such a thing requires the use of a coherent energy diplomacy
along with greater interaction with the world system.
